What My Clients Say
FAQs
-
That's TOTALLY fine! Shannon is wonderful at teaching beginners. She meets you where you are and gives you plenty of options and/or modifications to suit YOUR body. Yoga is truly for every body type and if you can breathe, you can do yoga!
-
No need to worry about that. That's one of the reasons you cOMe to yoga is to gain more flexibility. Saying you're not flexible enough for yoga is like saying you're too dirty for a bath.

During covid Shannon had to sell her beloved "Jolene", the RV that she used as her studio on wheels. Now she travels around teaching wherever she is and where there is a need.
